STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The following terms and conditions govern the provision of services by Hyphiin. Hyphiin provides services including digital marketing, website development, AI workflow automation, and AI agent solutions. By engaging with Hyphiin, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

  2. The client expressly waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if they are issued after these terms. Any exception or modification to these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing by Hyphiin in advance.

  3. All invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless a different payment period is stated on the invoice or order confirmation. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Hyphiin reserves the right to charge interest of 10% on the outstanding balance. Hyphiin also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services without prior notice if payments are delayed.

  4. If payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Hyphiin reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. Any legal or recovery costs will be the responsibility of the client.

  5. In certain countries, withholding taxes may apply according to local regulations. Any such withholding tax must be paid by the client to the relevant authorities. Under no circumstances will Hyphiin be responsible for costs arising from the client’s local tax legislation. The full invoice amount remains payable to Hyphiin.

  6. Hyphiin commits to delivering services in accordance with the agreed scope, timelines, and project requirements. However, all services are provided on a best-effort basis, and Hyphiin does not guarantee specific business or marketing results.

  7. Hyphiin cannot be held liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or claims made by third parties or end users resulting from the use of its services.

  8. Any service-related concern or claim must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the delivery of the service, along with proof of payment or service agreement.

  9. All contractual relationships with Hyphiin shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
